- 1/2 burro banana
- 2 big handfuls of approved greens
- 2 tbsp ground hemp seeds
- 1 cup homemade soft-jelly coconut milk
- 4 tbsp hemp hearts

- Date sugar or agave syrup, to taste
- Spring water to thin, as needed
