- 1 ripe burro banana, frozen
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 splash of homemade walnut milk or soft-jelly coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon of agave syrup or date sugar
- 1 tablespoon of hemp hearts
- More berries for topping
- In a high-speed blender or food processor, blend the fruit with a splash of walnut milk or coconut milk. Add more liquid if it's too thick.
- Sweeten to taste with the agave syrup or date sugar.
- Transfer the mix to a bowl and top with the hemp hearts and berries.
